Clara Mae Macaluso

Mrs. Clara Mae Macaluso, age 86 of Chicago, Illinois, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2009 at her home there. She was born in Central City, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband Emanuel, son Dale Allen, daughter Joan and sister Ann Amos.

Mrs. Macaluso is survived by her children, Dennis Macaluso (Mary), Joyce Macaluso, Alexis Kingrey (Stanley), and Emanuel Macaluso (Candy); sisters, Jo Elizabeth Flatt, Darlene Beard (Kenneth), Dorothy Vardaman, Juanita Pitts (Paul), Linda Faye McEnaney (Gene), and Sharon Eaves (Johnnie). Also surviving are 8 Grandchildren and 7 Great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Mrs. Macaluso's life will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2009 from the chapel of Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
