Claire M Eaton, 82, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 4, 2020, surrounded by her family. Claire was a member of Saint Peter the Apostle Catholic Church.
Claire was born on April 25, 1937 in Somerville, Massachusetts to Alford and Mary Bertocchi. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Harold Eaton, Son, Eddie Eaton, and Daughter, Karen Hash.
Claire is survived by her Son, Kenny Eaton, Daughter, Diane Pfister, Daughter, Sandy (Dave) Hale, Son, Bobby (Paula) Eaton, Son, Jimmy (Lisa) Eaton, and Daughter, Marie (Tom) Wernz, 16 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren, and one Great-Grandchild on the way, and many faithful friends in Louisville, and in her hometown of Boston, Massachusetts.
A gathering for Claire's family and friends will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A celebration of her life will be at 11:00 am on Friday, at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
