Christina "Chris" Maria Swincher, 59, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022.
She was born on May 29, 1963 in Glendale, California to the late Ronald and Leonie (Busch) Nelson. She also is preceded in death by her husband Duane Swincher.
Chris is survived by her loving daughters, Danielle Mackey and Heather Swincher (Steve Ernspiker), five grandchildren Haley Emmons, Gareth Murphy, Jordynn Lawson, Mayzee Lawson and Zoey Ernspiker. Chris is also survived by her siblings Mike Nelson (Jody), Monica Taylor, Robert Nelson (Susannah) and Theresa Savage.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 13, 2022 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
Visitation will also be on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 9:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am at the funeral home with burial to follow in Hopewell Cemetery.
The family requests that contributions in Chris's memory be made to the family/funeral home in the name Danielle Mackey.
