Cheryl Ann Chapman

Cheryl Ann Chapman was born May 6, 1952. She passed peacefully in her sleep September 4, 2021. She was 69 years old and lived in Taylorsville, KY. She was a retired ICU nurse, a nursing teacher, an American Sign Language Interpreter and beloved sister, aunt and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael, her parents Harry and Roberta Flynn and sister Rhodena Flynn.

She is survived by her twin sister Charlene (Richard) Tate, her brother Robert (Grace) Flynn, her brother Michael (Pam) Flynn and sister Linda (Jerry) Mitchell. Along with her nieces and nephews. Kevin Flynn, Rachel (Rolando) Souza, Christy Flynn, Tonia (Paul) Schillinger, Brian (Kelly) Linkus, Jason (Kim) Peace, Tyler (Kelli) Peace, and Ashley (Dave) Draper. As well as 12+ great nieces and nephews.
