Charlotte Weathers

Charlotte Weathers, 72, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2023. She enjoyed playing cards and Bingo, making quilts, and spending time with family, friends, and especially her great-grandson.

Charlotte was born on March 30, 1951, in Ft. Knox, Kentucky, to Francis and Margie (Green) Crow. She is preceded in death by her father, Francis Crow; mother, Margie L Stone; husband, William B. Weathers, Jr.; sons, William B. Weathers III, Theodore W. Weathers, and Christopher A. Weathers; sisters, Alberta S. Land, Linda K. Branch, Vickie Polen, and Sherry Weathers; and brothers, Ora Land, Charles I. Green, Danny Weathers, and Jeff Weathers.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Margie (Michael) Drake; sisters, Tammy (Alan) Smith, Terry French, and Kim (Kenny) Hillard; brothers, Jimmy (Deb) Stone, Eugene (Henri) Crow, and Greg (Angela) Weathers; grandchildren, Brittany Drake, Michael Drake, Jr., and Abigail Weathers; great-grandson, Odin Drake; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 23, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana) and Saturday, June 24, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions with burial to follow at Bethel Cemetery in Floyds Knobs, Indiana.

The family requests that contributions in Charlotte's memory be made to her daughter, Margie Drake.
