Charlotte Sue Burk, 70, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023.
She was born on February 16, 1953 in Casey County, Kentucky to the late William and Elvie (Woodrum) Bolt . Charlotte is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Danny Burk, Sr., daughter, Angela (Victor P.) Henry, son, Danny (Carrissa) Burk, Jr., and son, William Burk, bonus son, Scott Johnson and his family, grandchildren, Zachary Henry, Alissa (Sapphire) Burk, Lillian Burk, brothers, Richard D. (Ruthann) Bolt and William Bruce (Lisa) Bolt, numerous nieces and nephews and her many loving church family that will miss her very much.
Charlotte was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a strong woman of faith; her church family at Valley Chapel of Prayer was very near and dear to her. In her free time she enjoyed her crossword puzzles, word searches and most importantly, spending time with her family.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, October 4th at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A service celebrating her life will be at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
