Charles David Riggle passed away Sunday August 25, 2013. He is survived by his son David Lee Riggle(Susan), two daughters Rosa Perry(Mike), Juanita Workman(Raymond), nine grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday 28, 2013 from 4-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 235 Juneau Drive , Louisville,Ky 40243. Service will be on Thursday August 29, 2013 at 11am at Newcomer Funeral Home.
