Charles David Phillips, 70, of Pleasureville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, November 7, 2022.
He was born on September 4, 1952 in Shelbyville, Kentucky to the Charles and Loretta (Hedges) Phillips. He is also preceded in death by his sisters, Donna M. Castro and Loretta Faye Phillips.
Charles is survived by his loving sisters, Kathy Phillips, Charlene Fritz, Karolyn Khoury, brothers, Carl Phillips, Charles Phillips, Jr., James W. Lathrem, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Services will be held at Crossroads Lighthouse Church (220 Clear Creek Road Eminence, KY 40019) by Pastor Nathan Shaw Jr. on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 10:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 2:00 pm with burial to follow at Shady Lawn Memorial Gardens in Shelbyville, KY.
