Charles Meyer

Mr. Charles Warren Meyer, age 88 entered into rest Friday, December 31, 2010. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on March 16, 1922 to William M. Meyer and Core E. Krim Meyer. Charles was a World War II Veteran, serving in the European Theatre of the war. Charles retired from Celanese and was former member of the Midlane Presbyterian Church, where he served as Choir Director. He was an avid radio control airplane enthusiast and participated in the Brigade of the American Revolution, as Brigade Commander along with his wife and son.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Shirley Jane Shaw Meyer.

Charles is survived by his son, John M. Meyer (Joyce) and grandson Jesse J. Meyer.
