Charles Max Baxter, age 55 of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Originally from Tompkinsville, KY, he moved to Jeffersontown in 1986 where he raised his family. He was former owner of Premier Childcare and Preschool of Jeffersontown, and was a friend to everyone that met him. He was preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Katharina Baxter.
Charles is survived by his loving children, Christina and Jared Baxter; brother, Jim Baxter (Melissa); nephew, Ben Baxter; and former wife Lynn Manizza. He is also survived by a host of friends and coworkers.
Funeral ceremony will be 4:00 p.m. Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with visitation there from 2:00 p.m. until time of service.
