Charles Joseph Hubert, 81, of Elizabeth, Indiana was called home on Tuesday, November 25, 2014. He was born on July 26, 1933 in Lanesville, Indiana to Emil and Myrtle Hubert. Charles retired from Hoosier Panel after 36 years.
He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and his 1964 Chevy pickup truck.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by a son, Charles (Chuck) Hubert; seven brothers, Edward, John, James, Walter, Gene, Billy, and Carl Ray.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Pearl(Bryant)Hubert, daughters, Charlene, Darlene and Marlena; sons, Ronald, Donald, Earl, Jack and Marty; and 24 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, a sister, Clara Pearl and a brother Glen.
Visitation will be Friday, November 28, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN) from 4 to 8 PM. His Funeral Service will be on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home at 10 AM.
