Charity Miller

Charity Miller, 62, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on May 6, 2022. Charity was born in Jersey City, NJ to Norman & Noemi Parroco on July 23, 1959. She went on to graduate high school from Ballard High School. She graduated college from St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management.

Charity met the love of her life, Andrew "Andy" Miller, and they were married on May 16, 1987, together they raised two children. She worked as a supervisor for Baptist Healthcare of Kentucky for 10 years. She was a "room-mother", active in PTA, and a substitute teacher with Christian Academy. Charity never shied away from volunteering her help and was very much loved and appreciated for doing so. She loved spending time with her family and friends, but most of all Charity's grandchildren were the light of her life.

Charity is preceded by her father, Norman Parroco. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother, Noemi Parroco; her husband of almost 35 years, Andy Miller; her two children, Abigail "Abbie" (Ryan) Downey, Ryan (Rose Marie "Rosie" Kimball) Miller; her grandchildren, Payton & Cameron; her siblings, James "Jim" (Denise) Parroco, Jason (Karen) Parroco, Mavis (Shannon) Parroco Reid, and other relatives and friends who will all miss her very much.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville) with additional visitation hours on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at Southeast Christian Church- Prospect (12650 W Highway 42 Prospect, KY 40059) from 10:00AM – 11:30AM with service to follow at 11:30AM.
