Chad David Emerson Jr.

Chad David Emerson Jr. , 25, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2022. Chad was a guitarist and enjoyed playing. He graduated from Larue County High School. He was a loving and devoted Father to his two daughters, Mylah and Macie. Chad had a big heart who never met a stranger, and would give anything to those in need. He was a loving Father, Son, Grandson, Brother, and Friend to so many. Chad will be missed by all who knew him and loved him.

He was born on April 29, 1997 in Louisville, Kentucky to Chad and Melissa (Sanders) Emerson. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather, David Emerson, Great Grandparents, Johnny & Vida Emerson, John & Martha Saar, Tom & Rockie Sanders.

Chad is survived by his Mother, Melissa Sanders (John Johnson), Father, Chad Emerson, Sr., Step Mother, Tracy Maddix, Daughters, Mylah Emerson, and Macie Emerson, Grandparents, Rhonda & Donnie Fleig, Darolyn Emerson & Mike Woods, and Tom & Jackie Sanders, Siblings, Presley Emerson, Henry Johnson, and Matilyn Johnson, Great-Grandparents, Larry & Sharlett Peercy. Chad also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel. Graveside Services will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022 at 12:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in the Good Shepherd Section.
