Carvin Beal, 76, was born and raised in Terrell County, Georgia to the late Dan and Vary Beal on December 24, 1937. He confessed Christ at an early age at Jackson Grove Baptist Church of Parrott, Georgia and joined Christ Gospel Church of Albany, Georgia in 1978. He and his family relocated in 1999 to Jeffersonville, Indiana after his retirement from the Railroad Company of Albany, Georgia. He continued his membership under the ministry of Rev. B. R. Hicks of Christ Gospel Church, Int'l.
He was united in matrimony to Nathie Lewis in February of 1963 and to this union was born Carvin Beal, Jr., of Jeffersonville, Indiana and Pamela Beal-Tatum (Willie Tatum, Sr.) of Moultrie, Georgia. He was preceded in death by two children; his parents, Dan and Vary Beal; one brother, Charlie "Pete" Beal, Sr.; and one sister, Fleta Oates of Albany, Georgia.
Mr. Carvin Beal, Sr., departed this life on October 17, 2014 and leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Nathie Beal; his daughter, Pamela Beal-Tatum and son-in-law, Willie Tatum, Sr.; his son, Carvin Beal, Jr.; siblings, Dan Beal and his wife, Christine, of Albany, Georgia, Adolphus Beal and his wife, Julia, of Atlanta, Georgia; George Beal of Albany, Georgia, and Ethel Lewis of Valdosta, Georgia; and grandchildren, Joshua and Quinesha Tatum, Willie Tatum, Jr., and Christopher Tatum; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins and friends.
