Carolyn Mae Norton, 55, of Stephensport, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.
She was born on June 18, 1967 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Robert and Rebecca (Brown) Russell. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Norton, paternal grandmother, Lillian Mae Reesor, and maternal grandparents, Evelyn and Raymond Brown.
Carolyn loved being outdoors; ginseng hunting, collecting rocks, fishing and camping. She loved most, spending quality time with her family and friends.
Carolyn is survived by her loving children, Johanna F. (Matthew) Walden, David (Significant Other Brittany) Norton, and Elizabeth (Stephen) Patzer, Matthew (Rachel) Norton, Robert (Lindsay) Norton and Travis (Rachel) Norton, 16 grandchildren, siblings, Brenda Hines, Joshua (Tabitha) Russell and Rob (Suzette) Russell, several nieces and nephews and her special friend, Pamela Aldridge.
There were be private services held at the funeral home.
The family requests that contributions in Carolyn 's memory be made to the family to help with final expenses.
