Carolyn Maloney Constantine

Carolyn J. Maloney Constantine, 78, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on January 31, 2017. She retired from Winn Dixie and worked prior at Central and Southern Motor Freight. She was catholic by faith.

Carolyn was born on November 16, 1938 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Llewellyn "Whitey" and Mary Louise (Johnson) Gordon. She was also preceded in death by her husband James L. Constantine and brother Llewellyn "Jerry" Gordon.

Carolyn is survived by her daughters, Charlotte A. Sims (Brian), Cheryl M. Maloney, sons, Craig S. Maloney, Charles J. Maloney. She is also survived by her grandchildren Chris B. Sims, and Chelsey B. Sims, great grandchildren Logan Sims, Kane and Evan Rosser, sister, Suzanne M. Fuchs (Fred), nieces Nina (David) Adams, Lauren (Ryann) Griggs, and nephew Richard Fuchs. She is also survived by great nephews Zachary and Benjamin Adams and Lucius Griggs.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville 40243).

Her funeral ceremony will be held on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 11:00 am at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association.
