Carolyn Jane Howard

Carolyn Jane Howard, 62, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023. Carolyn was a loving mom, grandma, great-grandma, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved spending time at home with her family and cats. She will truly be missed by all of her family and friends.

She was born on August 8, 1960 in Louisville, Kentucky to Walter and Mildred (Walters) Bargo. She is preceded in death by her Father, Walter Wayne Bargo, Sr., Mother, Mildred Irene Bargo, Siblings, Sharon Ward, Walter Wayne Bargo, Jr., Bonita Douglas, Betty Darlene Rothman, William "Eddie" Dobson, and John V. Bargo.

Carolyn is survived by her loving family, Daughters, Christy L. (Bill) Yarbrough and Michelle D. (Toree) Bargo-Sinkfield; Grandchildren, Brad Marr, Dylan Marr, Issac (Autumn) Bargo, Jared (Lily) Marr, Brianna Bargo, Isaiah Bargo, Christopher Yarbrough, Elijah Bargo, and Cameron Yarbrough; Great-Grandchild, Kaiden Bargo, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday, January 20, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville, Kentucky.

The family requests that contributions in Carolyn's memory be made to Local Humane Society.
