Carolyn Ann Hartley

Carolyn Ann Hartley, 48, passed away on October 27, 2023. She loved doing crafts, reading and watching her favorite football team, Kansas City Chiefs and TV show, Supernatural. Carolyn's family meant the world to her and she enjoyed the weekly family night of playing games. She would do anything to help others, but her top priority were her sons. Carolyn was a sweet, kind and loving person. She will be truly missed, but will forever live in our hearts.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Carolyn leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 17 years, Mel Hartley; sons, Zack (Ashley) Chriss and Logan Hartley; mother, Rita Chriss; father, Robert (Barbara) Chriss; sister, Samantha (Robert) Fawbush and her fur babies, Annie Mae and Amara Grace.

Visitation will be Monday, November 6, 2023, at Grace Crossings Church, 6107 Ashby Lane, Louisville, KY, from 12pm-6pm and Tuesday, November 7, 2023, from 10am-12pm with a celebration of Carolyn's life beginning at 12pm at the church.
