Carol J. Stewart, 71, of Taylorsville, Kentucky passed away on January 6, 2017.
Carol was born on November 29, 1945, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late James and Martha Dolan. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Whalen.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Darryl Stewart; children, Kenny Stewart (Karen), Ricky Stewart (Bonnie Sweasy), Erik Stewart; grandchildren, Chelsea Stewart, Christen Stewart, Alexis Stewart, Kayleigh Stewart, Casden Stewart; and one great-grandson, Langston McQuillan.
Memorial visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, January 13, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243) with a funeral mass to follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
In loving memory of Carol, memorial donations may be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
