Moon, Carmon Marvetta Alexander, 69 passed away August 9th.
She was a member of Southeast Christian Church and Bethlehem
Evangelical United Church of Christ.
Mrs. Moon was a Registered Nurse and worked for University of Louisville
Hospital and performed with her husband Stan in the Musical Group, The New Moons.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Colleen Sheffield Alexander; step-mother, Zelma Alexander Foley; and brother in law, Bobby Kitchen.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Stanley Moon; siblings, Verlan McCool(Ken),Sandra Arrowood, Verna Bragg (Ron), Linda Kitchen, Homer Alexander and Benny Alexander (Tanna).
Celebration of Mrs. Moon's life will be a 12 noon Wed. Aug. 15th at Bethlehem Evangelical United Church of Christ 1480 S. 6th St . with entombment in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation 1-7 PM Tues. at Newcomer Funeral Home 235 Juneau Dr. and after 10 AM Wed. at the church.
In lieu of flowers Expressions of sympathy may be made to Stan to help with medical expenses.
