Carlos "Jay" Marion James

Carlos Marion James, 82, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024. 

He was born on June 6, 1942 in Underwood, Indiana to the late Charles and Aline (Doss) James. He is also preceded in death by his siblings, Donald James, Jimmy James, Pearl Chambers, Larry James and Eddie James. 

Carlos is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Earline Buntyn-James, step-children, Aaron James, Mandy James, Chrissy James and Christopher James. He is also survived by many grandchildren and siblings, David James, Earl James, Helen (Cissy) Lasley, Monk James and Betty James. He is also survived by mother-in-law, Beatrice Buntyn, brother-in-law, William Buntyn, sister-in-laws, Lois Buntyn, Emogene (James) Zilke and Darcey (Chris) Gehring. 

Per Carlos's wishes cremation was chosen and there will be no services.
