Carissa Renee Jones, 43, of Louisville , Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020.
She was born on October 25, 1977 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late James Allan Jones and Gail Carlin.
Carissa is survived by her mom and step dad, Gail and Marq Carlin, children, Courtney Jones (Brandon) and Daylon Jones, her soon to arrive granddaughter, Alina Rae, siblings, Allan (Stacy) Jones, Joetta (Vinson) Allen and children, Amylia Carlin and her son, Amanda Carlin and children, her niece, Whitney Jones, nephew, Justin Jones.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be private for family only with a private burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery.
For the safety of our community, masks will be required to attend.
The family kindly suggests that expressions of sympathy be made to the family to help with funeral cost.
