Careyanne Owen

CareyAnne Owen, 47, of Radcliff, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2022. CareyAnne was a loving mother. She will be remembered as loving, giving, funny and had a pure heart. She was a best friend to many and had a quirky personality. CareyAnne loved 80's hair bands and being witty. She was faithful and loyal to her family and friends. CareyAnne was a beautiful soul and will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

She was born on September 22, 1974 in Fort Knox, Kentucky to James and Deloris (Alston) Owen. She is preceded in death by her mother, Deloris Owen; father, James Owen; and brother, Allen Owen.

CareyAnne is survived by her loving family, son, Alston Owen; fiance, Clement Brub; sister, Holly (Darrel) Blair; brothers, Nick Owen, Mitchell Owen; grandmother, Doris Owen; uncle, Don (Barbara) Smallwood; caregivers, Charity Owen Coleman and Becki Nelson; as well as host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be on Saturday, May 28, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.


The family requests that contributions in CareyAnne's memory be made to her son, Alston Owen, in care of Holly Blair.
