Camille Copeland, 77, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away peacefully on May 7, 2024.
She was born on July 31, 1946 in Louisville to the late Floyd and Hyacinth Robinson.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Edward Copeland; son, Carlmichael Copeland; brothers, Floyd Robinson and Carl Robinson; and sisters, Hyacinth Donad, Jean Scott, Roxanna Jackson, Iowa Moore, and Winifred Lee.
Camille is survived by her sister, Jacquelyn Harraway; brother, Musheer Nur Al-Uqdah; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 11:00 am at Newcomer, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive) with burial following at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, Kentucky. The family will receive friends that morning from 10:00 am until the service time at the funeral home.
