Bruce Michael Williamson

Bruce Michael Williamson, 68, passed away on September 29, 2022. He was a retired pipefitter of Local 502 for more than 30 years. Bruce was an avid golfer, loved to dance, car racing and having fun.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Delora Williamson, brother, Jimmy Williamson and sister-in-law, Frankie Williamson.

Bruce leaves to cherish his memories, the love of his life for 27 years and best friend, Joyce Atcher; children, B.J. (Jenn) Williamson; Taylor (Jennifer) Williamson, Bryce (Shawn Dennis) Williamson, Tammy (Mark) Howell, Chris Elder and Allison (Ilich) Diaz; grandchildren, Kali, Riley, Josie, Beau, Gage, Callie, Grant, Braydon, Ella, Jacob, Lindsey, Sarah, Alex and Gabby; brother, Joe (Pat) Williamson; nephews, Joey and Rick Williamson; niece, Cheryl Williamson; fur baby, Cassie and many, many friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 6, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 1pm-8pm. A celebration of Bruce's life will be Friday, October 7, 2022, beginning at 11am at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like for donations be made to Southwest Breast Cancer Awareness Group, 8600 Hi-View Lane, Louisville, KY 40272.
