Bruce P. Lynch

January 4, 1955 — May 10, 2015

Bruce P. Lynch, 60, passed away on May 10, 2015. He worked 16 years for Jefferson County Public Schools. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed going camping and going on trips. He was a great dad, stepdad and grandfather who loved spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Margaret Lynch and brother, Billy Lynch.

He is survived by his wife, Cara Elaine Lynch, children, Stephanie (Jay) Sullivan, Bruce (Chastity) Lynch; step-children, Crystal (Robert) Green and Vanessa (Jerry) Johnson; grandchildren, Chelsea, Alyssa, Bryan, Gage, Hailey, Brent and Jenna; brother, Steve (Linda) Lynch; sister, Rita (Bill) Marcum and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 12, 2015, from 2pm-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway). A celebration of Bruce's life will be Wednesday, May 13, 2015, beginning at 10am at the chapel of Newcomer Funeral Home.

Burial will be at Echols cemetery in Echols, Kentucky.
