Walters,
Brian David, 38, passed away Monday, October 15, 2012 in a tragic vehicle accident. He was originally from Winchester, KY, where he attended George Rogers Clark High School. Brian excelled in his studies as he graduated both suma cum laude from Eastern Kentucky University in 2000 and from Campbellsville University with a master's degree in 2010. Brian joined the Air Force and served his country from 1993-1997, then after completing his education began his teaching career. Along with teaching and mentoring to youth in the classroom, he was also a soccer coach. Inspiring, motivating and having a positive impact on young lives were some of his passions.
Brian is preceded in death by his grandfather, AB Ecton. He leaves behind cherished memories for his wife, Angela Hall Walters; children, Madilyn Nicole and Grayson Xzavian; parents, Larry and Barbara Walters; sister, BreAnn Walters; grandparents, Andy and Gracie Walters and Louise Pasley Ecton; mother and father-in-law, Brenda Marks and Jerry Hall; and brother-in-law, Christopher Scott Hall.
Funeral Ceremony will be held 4:00 pm Saturday, October 20, 2012, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Dr. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until time of service. In lieu of flowers family requests that donations be made to the Louisville Soccer Alliance.
