Brett Alan Miller

Brett Alan Miller, 67, of Henryville, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2023. Brett was such a pure soul. He loved everyone unconditionally. Anyone who came in contact with him loved him and had a better life with him in it. He absolutely adored his wife, kids, and grandkids. Brett was a longtime member of Main Cross Baptist Church in Charlestown, Indiana.

He was born on December 30, 1955, in Decatur, Illinois, to the late Donn Miller and Edie (Pinkley) Miller. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandson, Bryce Wiggins.

Brett is survived by his loving wife, Maria Miller; children, Randall Farmer, Charles Farmer, and Christina Elam (Jimmie); siblings, Elaine Lee (Alan), Tracy Newlin (Gary), and Carol Miller; grandchildren, Narissa Baker (Ryan), Stormie Wiggins (Will Cooper), Charles Farmer (Grace), Gracie Farmer, Jace Patton, Brad Farmer, Destiny Heaven (Jessie), and Emma Brooks; and 5 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Friday, July 21, 2023, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will be at 6:30 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home, and cremation will follow in accordance with Brett's family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Brett's memory may be made to the funeral home to assist in funeral expenses.
