Brenda Kay Niehaus

Brenda Kay Niehaus, 65, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022. She was born on February 26, 1957, in Pineville, Kentucky. Brenda had a heart for all animals and loved spending time with her family.

Brenda is survived by her sons, Carl Kannapel (Melanie), William Kannapel (Bridgett), and Matthew Niehaus (Sarah); grandchildren, Rebecca, Blake, Luke, Carly, Karter, Khorra, and Abner; and her feline companion, Miss Kitty. Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Virgie Broughton.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 13, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery.
