Mrs. Brenda Lee Kasperski, age 66 of Louisville, passed into the Gates of Heaven on Tuesday, March 15, 2011.
She was born Brenda Lee Bugg, to the late Woodrow and Viola (Thompson) Bugg on January 10, 1945 in Henderson, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Leola (Bugg) Pugh, Grace (Bugg, Eades) Blewer; and her brother, Johnny Bugg.Brenda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and cherished friend. Her zest for life was evident to all whose lives that she touched. She will be sorely missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Brenda left behind her loving husband of 40 years, Thomas E. Kasperski; daughter, Laurie Ann Gibson; son, Chef Thomas E. Kasperski II; sister, Shannon Marie Holder; brother, Woodrow Bugg, Jr.; grandchildren, Jessica (Gibson) Watson, Joshua Gibson, Lillian and Kyle Smith; three great-grandchildren, Ty, Bradley, Jada LeAnn, Landon Mathew; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral ceremony will be held Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to Hosparus - Hospice of Louisville.
