Brenda Lee Flippins, 76, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022.
She was born on November 19, 1945 in Louisville, Kentucky to George Robinson and Susie Douglas Jones. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, James Robinson and her sister, Wilma Jean Allen.
Brenda is survived by her loving children, son, Leon F. Montgomery, Jr and daughter, Leunika (Arlen "Griff") Griffin, grandchildren, Leon Montgomery, III, Christoff (Shelby) Baber, Makayla Lee (Darrius) Moore, Sharon Lee Harris, Deion Montogomery and Alexis Johnson, great grandchildren, Darrius Moore, Jr., Darron Moore, Paris Baber, Daelyn Moore and Phoenix Baber, her siblings, Linda Robinson and Robert Marshall, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family that will miss her dearly.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Friday, July 1, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A service celebrating her life will be at 4:00 pm on Friday, at the funeral home.
