Brandie Jo Burggraf, age 50 of LaGrange, Kentucky passed away Saturday, June 1, 2024. Brandie was born August 21st, 1973 in Dayton, Ohio. Brandie grew up in West Carrolton, Ohio and graduated from West Carrolton High School in 1991. She received her Doctor of Business Management, with a specialization in Human Resources from Capella University in 2020. She was the Personnel Coordinator for Metro Department of Corrections, where she took great pride in her work and in her relationships with her coworkers.
Brandie loved to travel, thrift shop, spend time with her Mom and all things Cinderella, Fiona - the Hippo, Twilight, New Kids on the Block and Winnie the Pooh, especially Piglet. Brandie was known for her infectious smile and the love she had for her family, friends and her pets. And, lets not forget her goal of visiting a WalMart everywhere she travelled.
Brandie was preceded in death by her Father, Sonny.
Brandie is survived by her parents, Marvin and Mabel Collins; her siblings, John (Chris) Burggraf, Scott (Kathy) Burggraf, Dennis (Heather) Helton, Luc (Melissa) Burggraf, and Michelle (Kenneth) Spahni; her nieces and nephews, Miranda (James) Bowers, Wesley (Pam) Howland, Jamie Blair, Nina (Jason) Waters, Lindsay (James) Reed, Josh Burggraf, Kelly Burggraf, Lincoln Burggraf, Jasmine Roark, Kadence Roark, Kira Roark, Anya Roark, Landon Roark, Aaron Carr, Hailey Helton, Rylie Helton and Maddie Helton; her great nieces and nephews, Colton, Shelby, Ian, Bailey, Elijah, Hallie, Brooklyn, Roman, Johnathan, Nevaeh, Madison, Scarlett, Elyssa and Adley; her great friends Melissa, Samantha and Sarah; and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 4pm to 8pm on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive Louisville, Kentucky 40243. A celebration of Brandie's life will be there at 6pm.
Brandie's service will be livestreamed at the scheduled service time.
