Bonnie Schrembs, age 65 of Louisville, passed away January 18, 2013. Bonnie was born July 19, 1947 to the late Mack and Blanche Womack in Harnett County, NC. Bonnie was registered in 3 healthcare fields; Respiratory Therapy, Pulmonary Function, and Sleep Lab. She spent her 44 year career with Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany, IN.
In addition to her parents, Bonnie was preceded in death by her brothers; Bobby, Jay, Junior, and Ray Womack.
Bonnie is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Bernie Schrembs; son, Shane Schrembs; daughter, Michelle Dunham (Rob); step-son, Bernie Schrembs IV; step-daughter, Krista Rietzke (Brett); and sister, Joyce Hinesley.
Bonnie's funeral service will be held at 12pm Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243, with visitation from 10am until time of service. Burial will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
