Bobby Herron Sr.

Bobby Herron Sr., 72, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Bobby enjoyed western movies and most importantly spending time with family.

He was born on August 26, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Elza and Mary (Brown) Herron. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his daughter, Wendy Michelle Lonowski; sister, Mary Lou Wheatley; and brothers, Ray, Eugene, and Edward Herron.

Bobby is survived by his three sons, Chris (Trudy) Herron, Bobby (Jennifer) Herron, Jr., and Michael (Lauri) Herron; twelve grandchildren, Cody, Zach, Chrissa, Courtney, Alison, Maddie, Ray, Andrew, Julian, Olivia, Akiah, and Kyrie; four great grandchildren, Joanna, Corbin, Bindi, and Everly Fay; and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150). His Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at the funeral home.
