Bobby G. Hamilton, 78, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2013. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and taking care of his pets.
Bobby was born on January 16, 1935 in Adair County, Kentucky to the late Carl and Mary (Shepherd) Hamilton. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Russell Hamilton.
He is survived by his son, Robert D. Hamilton; daughter, Tamara Hamilton Liddick; brothers, Jimmie (Virginia), Michael (Sandy), and Larry (Barbara) Hamilton; sisters, Gynith Timberlake, Shirlene Stepro, and Joyce Metrick (Brian); two grandchildren, Anne Liddick and Madison Hamilton.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2013 from 1 to 6 PM and Monday, 9 to 11 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will be at 11 AM on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
