Bobby G. Jones passed away on November 15, 2013 in Louisville,Ky. He was born May 29, 1939 in Huntsville, Alabama and a graduate of Auburn University. Bobby was a Army veteran and retired from General Electric of 30 years. He was an active member of Summit Heights United Methodist Church, an avid dartball player, and a member of Masonic Plumb Lodge 862.
Bobby leaves behind his wife of 47 years, Linda, son Gerald "Jerry" (Joy) of Rogersville, Tn and daughter Anissa (Cody) Chapelle. Bobby was the proud grandparent to five grandsons; Taylor, Grayson and Chandler Jones, Michael and Matthew Chapelle.
Visitation will be Sunday November 17, 2013 at Summit Heights United Methodist Church 7400 Outer Loop, Louisville, Ky from 2-3pm with service to follow.
