Bird Fuller

John Timothy "Bird" Fuller, age 66, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2024. Bird was a cherished husband, father, Papaw, son, and brother, whose life was a testament to love and dedication. He devoted himself wholeheartedly to his family, creating a warm and nurturing home for his beloved wife and children.

A skilled auto body technician and painter, Bird took pride in his craft, always ensuring the highest quality in his work. In his leisure time, he found joy in fishing and riding his Harley Davidson alongside his wife, who was always by his side. Known for his contagious laughter and radiant smile, Bird delighted those around him with his quick wit and clever jokes. Above all, he was a compassionate man, known for his generous spirit and empathy towards others. Bird's presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Born on August 22, 1958, in Louisville, Kentucky, Bird was the son of John and Wanda (Thomas) Fuller. He is preceded in death by his father, John "Jack" Fuller; his daughter, Lilnetta Renee Scott; and his niece, Tiffanie Fuller.

Bird is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Wanda Fuller; daughters, Johnnie Michelle (David) Hetzer and Jackie Marie Fuller; his mother, Wanda Williams; sisters Lisa (Jeff) Fuller Cline and Judy "Bootie" Fuller; grandchildren, Cain Cox, Heaven Cox, Haley (Chase) Latham, Alyssa Hetzer, Harley Hetzer; great-grandchildren, La'Niyah, Kayden, Santana, Everleigh, Aerolena; nieces, Brittanie (Terry) Allen, Lindsey (Henry) Imler; and a host of extended family and friends who will forever cherish his loving memory.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, located at 10304 Dixie Highway. A celebration of Bird's life will take place at 6:00 p.m. on the same day.
