Billy Ray Phipps, 73, of Elizabeth, Indiana went home on March 18, 2014. He worked at Mr. P Express.
Billy was born on May 1, 1940, in Barthell, Ky to the late John and Lottie (Litton) Phipps.
Billy is survived by his Wife of 30 years, Mrs. Patricia G.(Fischer) Phipps; daughter, Michelle L. Morrow (Todd), Son, Tommy Blair (Karie), Son, Christopher W Blair (Amanda), several siblings, and 6 grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Friday, March 21, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Ceremony will be held Friday at 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - New Albany with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Memorial contributions may be made to Wellman Memorial Wesleyan(3220 Bohannon Avenue Louisville, Kentucky 40215).
