Billy Murphy ,61, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on June 16, 2014. He retired from Griffin & Company.
Billy was born on September 1, 1952, in Louisville, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his son, Brian Murphy, and father Harlan Murphy.
Billy is survived by his wife, Jewell Ann Murphy; sons, Neil Taylor (Crystal), Gary Murphy; mother, Mary Murphy; grandchildren, Abby and Sean Taylor; and one brother, Albert Murphy.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Friday, June 20, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville). His Funeral Ceremony will be held Friday at 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hosparus of Louisville, for their great care and compassion for Billy.
