Smith, Billy Joe, "BJ" , 71, of Louisville Ky, passed away on January 30, 2014.
BJ retired from Ford Motor Company LAP after 30 years of service. He was a member of The Falcon Club of America Bluegrass Chapter. BJ is preceded in death by his sister, Beverly Smith Drury. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Margaret Haulk Smith; sister, Teresa Smith Richards(Joe); and many loving nieces and nephews.
A Funeral service to honor the life of BJ will be held at 1pm on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Lou, Ky 40272. Visitation will be held from 2pm-8pm on Monday, February 3, 2014 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations can be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
