Beverly Owens

OWENS, BEVERLY ANN, 66, passed away October 30,2010.

Beverly was born December 9, 1943 in Louisville, where she spent her entire life. A strong and vivacious woman, Beverly loved her family fiercely and brought warmth into the lives of all she knew.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lilian Hayes; son, Donnie Baumgardner; and sister, Shirley Denton.

She is survived by sons, William Baumgardner Jr. (Barbara) and Steven Baumgardner (Bonnie); daughter, Judy Glesson (Mickey) brother, Edward Parker (Sue); daughter-in-law, Cindy Baumgardner; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral ceremony: 7 p.m. Tuesday at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Dr., with private burial. Visitation: Tuesday 1 p.m. until time of service.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Amyloidosis Foundation in memory of Donnie.
