Beverly Darlene (Jones) Headrick

Beverly Darlene (Jones) Headrick, 74, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022. She retired from Clarcor Air Filtration Products, Inc. after over 30 years of working in quality control. Beverly loved to travel, hike, read, relax in the sun while sipping on a cold margarita, and, most of all, spend time with her family.

She was born on June 28, 1948, in Stonega, Virginia, to the late Raymond and Ethel (Blair) Jones. Beverly is survived by her children, Kathy Carrion (Pete), Karen Minton (Rick), and Robert Headrick (Karen); grandchildren, Sierra Headrick, Rickie Minton, Nick Minton, Tyler Santos, Zach Minton (Christina), Kassi Santos, Braeden Headrick, and Jordan Headrick; great-grandchildren, Landrick, Cash, and Nova Minton; and sister, Phyllis Tetlow (Stan).

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Thursday after 9:00 a.m. Her funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Abundant Life Memorial Gardens in New Albany.

In honor of Beverly's love for cats, contributions in her memory may be made to the Floyd County Animal Rescue League (215 W. Market Street, New Albany, IN 47150).
