Moock, Betty Ann, 78, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2023 in Louisville, KY.
Born September 9, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Emily Patton.
She was a class of 1962 graduate of Loretto High School and a class of 1965 graduate of St. Mary & Elizabeth Nursing School. Betty was a Registered Nurse with St. Anthony Hospital for 22 years (1966-1988) and then transferred to Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, where she retired after 20 years of service (1988-2008).
Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Moock; and a brother, John Patton.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory two sons, James Moock and Gregory Moock (Julie); a daughter, Toni Sherrard (Billy); her sisters, Pat Peterson (Gary), Kathi McDaniel (Rich), and Linda Oeswein; grandchildren, Chris Schnur (Amy), Jonathan and Ashley Sherrard, and Max, Anna, Rosie and Lily Moock; and one great-granddaughter, Ava Schnur.
Visitation will be 11:00 am until 2:00 pm Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm.
Betty will be placed in Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
