Betty Lou Reid Hedden, 85, was born in Jeffersontown, KY on February 17, 1928 to the late Joseph K and Myrtle Reid. She died on December 18, 2013.
Betty was the widow of Royce B Hedden. She was a homemaker, a wonderful cook and enjoyed entertaining family and friends. She loved the Kentucky Derby and UK Basketball.
Mrs. Hedden is also preceded in death by sisters; Mary Jane Yates and Martha Reid and brothers, Bud Reid and Joe Reid.
She is survived by daughters, Terri Neal (Roger), Edie Parr (Eric) and Julie Mundt, all of Louisville. Grandchildren are Charles Marcum (Amy), David Parr (Caroline), McKinley Mulcahy (Shane), Blanton Neal and Alexandra Mundt; and thirteen great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister Sarah Ann Floore and her very good friend Earl Kaufman.
The funeral service is private.
