Betty is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Robert K. Worth. She is also survived by a son, Jan Worth, 3 grandchildren, Elizabeth Worth, Lauren Worth and Justine Worth, all of Louisville, KY. She has several grandchildren and great grandchildren living in other states.
The memorial service will be held at the Preston Hwy United Methodist Church Annex, 5114 Preston Highway at 11:30 am, Tuesday, December the 6th, 2011.
Her joy in life was her family, her church activities, and her home.
