Betty Jean Smith, 80, of Louisville passed away on November 1, 2014.
Betty was born February 11, 1934, in Owensboro, KY to the late James Taylor and Flossie Johnson. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by two sons, James and Nathan Smith and one daughter, Twana Beckard.
Survivors include her daughters, Tracy Taylor, Colleen Younger, and Flora Smith; sons, Gregory and Tyrone Smith; and many extended family and friends.
Funeral services for Betty will be held at 12pm Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy) with visitation from 10am until time of service. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
