Bette Jane Doane
April 28, 1927 — September 17, 2022
On Saturday, September 17th, 2022, Bette Jane Doane passed away peacefully, and surrounded by family, at the age of 95.
Predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Dorothy Cockerill, and her siblings, Robert Cockerill and Florence Jones.
She is honored and remembered by her daughter, DeAnn Knego, her grandchildren, Lindsey Knego, Tyler Knego, and Bailey Atherton, and her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Andrew, Evelyn, and Simon.
She took great pride in her 30 years as the Medical Staff Coordinator at Audubon Hospital. She loved her church, her many friends, and above all, her family.
A funeral service will be held at Southeast Chapel In the Woods on Saturday, September 24th at 4 PM.
