Belinda Kay Byrd, 62, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. Kay was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. After a long day of work she enjoyed being at home knitting, crocheting, crossword puzzles, and being outside with her dog. Kay will truly be missed by friends from here in Louisville and North Carolina.
She was born on August 13, 1960 in Harmony, North Carolina. She is preceded in death by her Mother, Mattie Ruth Anthony, Son, Mark Anthony Johnson, Grandson, Markus Jashawn Anthony, Sister, Kathy Ore, and Late Husband, Ira Jerry Byrd.
Kay is survived by her loving family, Daughter, Cynthia Diane (Thomas) Anthony and Son, Irvin Vance Keys, Jr.; Granddaughter, Jazz Keys; Brothers, Wayne Anthony, Ricky Hutchens, Jimmy Gray Anthony, and Darrell Hutchens; Husband, Larry Hudspeth; The nurses at Landmark of River City on Magazine, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.
