Barbara Jane Trimble

Barbara Jane Trimble, age 61 of Louisville, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022. Barbara passed away peacefully at Baptist East Hospital in Louisville with family at her side. Barbara was a beautiful loved and loving wife, mother, sister and first time grandmother. She was known at her workplace as "the office Mom" where everyone adored and loved her. She was a huge advocate for animal rescue and the stopping if animal abuse. Her passion was her first granddaughter, Ariah. And then dogs, especially the Pit Bull breed. She used to say she loved dogs more than most humans. Barbara is preceded in death by her mother, Janet Bently (Paul); her father, Jack Hettinger (Cathy); brother-in-law, Tom Trimble; and her mother and father-in-law, Ursula and Bob Trimble.

Barbara leaves to cherish her memory her husband, David; her son, Scott Clemons; her sister, Cathy Hamby (Jess); her granddaughter, Ariah Clemons; step-daughters, Crissy Trimble Ferebee (Kenny) and Marlo Brewer; brothers-in-law, Jim Trimble (Nancy) and Kevin Trimble (Jennifer); and a host of relatives and friends.

A gathering to celebrate Barbara's life will be on Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 2 to 5pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243.
