Barbara Everts

Barbara Everts, 74, passed away on November 24, 2013. She loved doing ceramics and playing Bingo. She baked biscuits every morning to feed her squirrels and loved her dog, Sassy and her bird, Blue Boy. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the apple of her eye and her beloved husband above all.

She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Essie; her children, Rebecca Childers, Tina Kirby, Charles Everts and Diana Hornback; 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; sister Marie Cushman and brother Coy Davis.

Barbara's visitation will be Tuesday, November 26, from 1pm-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY. Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at 11:00am at Newcomer Funeral Home. Burial will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens West, 4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Ky

Barbara will be greatly missed by her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
